It isn’t New Year without a trip to Vienna – the city of dreams, where waltzes are sweeter than sachertorte and polkas sparkle like champagne. From the Radetzky March to the Blue Danube, raise a glass to 2019 with the music of Strauss and friends!

New Year’s Day Menu

Curried cauliflower soup, served with onion bhaji (Ve)
Shredded confit duck with dressed rocket and pomegranate
Whipped goats cheese & beetroot salad with balsamic reduction (V)

Slow roasted belly pork served on black pudding mash with a caramelised apple and cider jus
Pan fried fillet of hake served on a bed of seafood risotto finished with saffron oil and crispy leek
Wild mushroom tagliatelle finished with truffle oil, porcini soil and roquette (VE)

Dark mint chocolate pot served with vanilla ice cream, garnished with lavender flowers
Tarte au citron served with a citrus crème fraiche
Sorbet selection served with fresh fruit salad
